Responsável pelo desenho de arquitetura de soluções tecnológicas, assim como executar projetos para atender as necessidades de negócios relacionadas à Segurança da Informação, de forma autônoma, para clientes internos e externos, envolvendo cenários de alta complexidade, apoiando as áreas comercial/pré-vendas e pós-vendas no fornecimento de recomendações técnicas, a fim de oferecer soluções inovadoras ao cliente, bem como realizar as entregas dentro do prazo, custo, qualidade e satisfação esperados.


Qualificações

  • Compreender as necessidades do cliente e parceiros, bem como a problemática a ser atendida, a fim de contribuir com o melhor desenho de arquitetura da solução a ser entregue no projeto.
  • Colaborar proativamente na identificação de causa raiz de problemas técnicos complexos afim de propor a solução ou alternativa mais adequada para a situação e contribuir com seu conhecimento multidisciplinar e visão sistêmica em cenários de crises técnicas para apoiar profissionais e especialistas.
  • Elaborar e revisar documentações técnicas relacionadas ao projeto, com base em dados coletados e informações fornecidas pelos demais envolvidos, para correta representação do realizado, garantindo uma explicação detalhada e clara, com assertividade na comunicação.
  • Possuir pleno domínio dos processos da área, sabendo identificar o repositório e aplicação destes, garantindo sua utilização nas atividades profissionais e contribuindo ativamente para sua melhoria.
  • Participar em auditorias técnicas referentes à sua área de atuação.
  • Conduzir times técnicos em situações de crises, sendo interface dos gestores internos e externos, e contribuir para liderança de equipes funcionais e/ou projetos com escopo alta complexidade.
