Atividades:

  • Analisar e monitorar a performance da carteira de clientes de sua responsabilidade;
  • Conhecimento e gerenciamento do funil de vendas;
  • Levantar informações estratégicas dos leads;
  • Qualificar e identificar a necessidades dos leads;
  • Geração de relacionamento, gerando valor para potenciais clientes;
  • Gestão de Leads e acompanhamento contínuo da carteira de potenciais clientes;
  • Prospectar potenciais clientes e atuar na jornada do cliente do início ao fim;
  • Suportar a área na negociação de Projetos, bem como análise de dados e monitoramento de performance;
  • Analisar e monitorar a situação financeira dos clientes em conjunto com as áreas de Contas a Receber, Crédito, e Distribuidores, visando à redução de riscos financeiros para a Ksecurity;
  • Elaborar e analisar cotação, monitorando a efetividade do processo;
  • Realizar followups para garantir a presença dos leads na etapa seguinte do funil de vendas;
  • Acompanhar, avaliar e atuar na carteira de clientes, visando à fidelização, expansão e melhorias dos serviços prestados, através do tratamento de reclamações, busca de novas oportunidades em toda a cadeia logística, alinhado com o planejamento estratégico do grupo, conforme prazos e metas estabelecidas;
  • Analisar as informações, prevenindo ou minimizando os erros, visando atender a área e as necessidades dos clientes para que a negociação seja eficaz, através de relatórios e sistemas internos;
  • Realizar o controle e arquivamento das propostas e condições especiais;
  • Apoiar e/ou atuar com as áreas internas (Customer Service, Documentação, Financeira, Logística, Product Management, entre outros) visando o trabalho em equipe e principalmente a satisfação do cliente;
  • Agendar reuniões com o potencial cliente, gerando oportunidades para o time de vendas;
  • Elaborar e participar de apresentações internas e externas, promovendo novos produtos e esclarecendo dúvidas;
  • Colaborar na produção de conteúdo para os clientes, como ebooks, webnars, checklists, playbooks, posts de blogs ou cursos;
  • Manterse atualizado sobre todos os fatores que impactam ou possam impactar o desenvolvimento de novos negócios, certificações comerciais, bunker, câmbio, cenário político, movimentação nos principais setores da economia, acordos regionais, entre outros;
  • Desenvolver outras atividades com o mesmo grau de complexidade destas descritas acima, quando solicitado pelo gestor;
  • Prospecção Ativa por telefone com o objetivo de identificar uma oportunidade de negócio e agendar uma reunião.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento na metodologia de vendas SPIN Selling;
  • Conhecimento em CRM de Vendas Ploomes;
  • Superior cursando ou concluído.
