Responsabilidades

  • Mapeamento de requisitos, elaboração de épicos/histórias, aplicação de metodologias ágeis;
  • Compreender as necessidades dos usuários e do produto para traduzi-las em regras de negócio estruturadas;
  • Criação de relatórios executivos para acompanhar o progresso das entregas e seu impacto nos resultados;
  • Participação ativa nas cerimônias ágeis;
  • Análises exploratórias para identificar tendências e insights nos dados;
  • Desenvolvimento de modelos estatísticos para prever comportamentos e resultados de negócios;
  • Colaboração com o planejamento para desenvolver soluções analíticas personalizadas;
  • Criação de visualizações de dados claras e intuitivas para transmitir insights aos stakeholders internos;
  • Capacidade de transformar requisitos de negócios em soluções analíticas práticas.

Qualificações e Competências

  • Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados como Tableau ou Power BI;
  • Vivência como PO em projetos complexos de integração de plataformas e clientes;
  • Conhecimento em tecnologias de gerenciamento de projetos como Jira e Confluence;
  • Sólida formação técnica com experiência em Java e bancos de dados.
