We seek a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Services Manager to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will manage the soft offer products for trucks and buses in Brazil and Latin America countries, and develop strategic and tactic plans to maximize services business growth. This role involves overseeing the services portfolio, including genuine parts, remanufactured parts, and lubricants, as well as managing the regional Services team and defining both short-term and long-term commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Soft Offer Products Management: Oversee the management of soft offer products for trucks and buses within the Brazilian and Latin America MarketsPerformance Monitoring: Monitor Service performance at each dealer and private importer and establish goals based on potential market growth and performance metrics.Genuine Parts and Service Packages: Manage the offer and promotion of genuine parts and service packages to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Product Portfolio Management: Management of the product portfolio, including genuine parts, remanufactured parts (Reman), and lubricants, services agreements and connectivity;Commercial Strategy: Define and implement all aftermarket commercial strategies and actions, focusing on both short-term and long-term business objectives.Team Management: Lead and manage the regional aftersales team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Commercial Services Business Development: Support and drive the Services business in Brazil and among private importers in Latin America for trucks and buses.

Long Description

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Extensive experience in aftermarket parts management, preferably within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to define and implement commercial strategies and actions that drive business growth.Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of genuine parts, remanufactured products, lubricants and service agreements; Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop compelling sales arguments and build strong customer relationships.Tool Development: Proficiency in developing and managing business support tools.Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English fluency (Spanish is desirable)
