Business Controlling Manager

Position:
Reporting to the CFO, the Business Controlling Manager is responsible for overseeing the business & financial operations of MH do Brasil, acting as a business partner for all the business units in the organization.
He/She acts as a central point within the Finance team providing advice to various stakeholders throughout the organization to maximize MHBR value creation and minimize risk in accordance with external and internal accounting guidance.
Main Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Reporting
- Shared leadership of forecast processes (Budget, LE, R&O) with Business Planning Manager in accordance with Region calendar;
- Support and participation on financial closing to ensure data accuracy and anticipate variations vs. forecast;
- Prepare monthly reports including detailed variance analysis and comments.
Business Performance Management
- Provide Marketing team with monthly A&P expenses followup by project / brand;
- Monitor overheads expenses by nature / department closely with HR department;
- Work with all budget holders to ensure transparency and forecast accuracy;
- Develop "Business Partnership" with commercial and marketing teams (influence and add value to operational/strategic decisionmaking process);
- Participate in the monthly Supply Chain meetings to ensure the right allocation of products and stock levels.
Revenue Growth Management
- Implement the RGM philosophy and approach within MHBR which will imply reviewing current organization, pricing strategy and training of commercial teams
- Participate in MH RGM global community to gather best practices and share on MHBR progress
Analysis and Tools
- Participate in projects aiming to automatization of processes: O2P, O2C, etc.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or above with major of Finance, Economics or Business Management;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience finance; solid business analysis background;
- Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint), Hyperion (Topaz);
- Fluent in English, French, Portuguese or Spanish are a plus
- Rigor, accuracy and respect of deadlines;
- Curious, hardworking and handson;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Resilience, acting calm under pressure
