Role and Responsibilities

Requisitos
Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Comércio Exterior e/ou Logística;
Excel avançado;
Desejável vivência com sistema ERP TOTVS;
Experiência de no mínimo 3 anos em cadeia de suprimentos e logística;
Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas;
Inglês avançado

Conhecimento em giro de estoque (será considerado um diferencial)

Espanhol será considerado um diferencial

Descrição das atividades
Pesquisa e cotações com fornecedores;
Recebimento dos pedidos de compras;
Emissão de pedido(s) compras no ERP;
Organizar e monitorar a carteira de pedidos;
Follow-up entrega com fornecedores locais e internacionais;
Atuar de forma interativa na manutenção de contratos atuais e novos;
Colaborar com todos os departamentos, para garantir a eficácia no cumprimento das demandas operacionais e processos;

Nessa posição, haverá a necessidade parcial de realizar algumas tarefas de inventário, quais sejam:
Movimentação e controle de estoques (entradas e saídas);
Análise de necessidades de estoque

Movimentação de caixas e pesos conforme necessário para a função;
Organizar frete para peças/núcleos que devem ser devolvidos/enviados para reparo;
Realizar levantamentos de estoque são necessários;
Solicitação de peças seguindo a quantidade mínima de estoque de itens, conforme necessário
