" Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Analyst "
to join our Warehouse team in Brazil.
Responsabilities:
Ensure that operational and safety procedures are complied with;Evaluating employee productivity and taking action when necessary to guarantee it, as well as publishing the results periodically;Ensuring that 5S standards are maintained in the operational and administrative environment;Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with the safety process, carrying out investigations when necessary;Monitoring inventory accuracy on a weekly basis using the ILA and Internal Breakdown indicators;Train, develop and motivate the team in all functions, seeking to ensure that employees are multifunctional;Participating in and leading various projects in the operations area and other áreas;Interacting with support áreas; Disclosure to the team and monitoring of the company's key figures (KPIs).
Job Requirements:
Completed bachelor degree or ongoing status in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or similar;Experience in managing Distribution Centers and in Inventory and Quality operational routines;Knowledge of SQL, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, stock movement by entry date or expiry date, Kanban and management of products controlled by Anvisa is desirable;Availability to work in Guarulhos , in the state of São Paulo;Availability to work shifts, specifically from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
