Global Product Group Power Transformers Quality Specialist for HVDC

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Global Product Group Power Transformers team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our High-Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) transformers.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality initiatives to improve the performance of our HVDC transformers
- Collaborate with the Global Product Group Quality team to define and implement quality standards and procedures
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality skills of our team members
- Work closely with our manufacturing teams to ensure that quality standards are met
- Engineering degree in a relevant field (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Experience in the power transformer industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
