What You Will Do


Exciting opportunity for a results-driven LATAM Senior Logistics Procurement Analyst to spearhead transactions across diverse Logistics sub-categories within Latin America Procurement organization.

Leverage your expertise to optimize supply chain efficiency through strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and compliant execution of procurement processes.

Join our dynamic team, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of logistics procurement operations in the Consumer Industry.


  • Logistics Sub-Categories include International Ocean Transportation, Domestic Ground Transportation, Warehousing and auxiliary logistics services, i.e., customs brokerage, bonded warehouse and 4PL.

The Logistics Category Associate's scope of responsibilities includes:

  • 1. Perform the end-to-end logistics procurement process for all logistics sub-categories, from sourcing and negotiation to contract execution and performance monitoring.
  • 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions across various logistics subcategories, including quality, reliability, innovation, sustainability, and cost reductions.
  • 3. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, summarizing key procurement metrics, initiatives, and recommendations across various logistics segments.
  • 4. Execute Logistics Procurement paperwork and develop controls, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of documentation for all logistics subcategories transactions within our procurement organization.
  • 5. Conduct thorough analysis of logistics procurement processes to identify areas for optimization and cost reductions.
  • 6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to assess supply chain requirements and strategize procurement solutions that align with business objectives.
  • 7. Utilize data analytics and market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the logistics procurement landscape.
  • 8. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies for diverse logistics subcategories to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain.
  • 9. Evaluate supplier performance and compliance with established contracts, addressing any issues and fostering continuous improvement.
  • 10. Stay current with Consumer Goods industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory changes specific to logistics subcategories to inform decisionmaking processes.


Join our team and play a key role in executing transactions across all logistics sub-categories within our dynamic procurement organization, contributing to the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our supply chain operations.


Approximate Percentage of Time
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
25% - Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance to financial, service, reliability, quality, innovation, and growth commitments

20% - Work with Regional Category Leaders to manage supplier relationships, communicate necessary changes to strategy, execute joint collaborative initiatives, supplier contract negotiations and monitor supplier performance

25% - Assist in the execution of Global category strategies to include Regional sourcing strategy execution, negotiations, contract implementation, inflation mitigation and performance against established targets

10% - Assist in the facilitation, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes, policies, guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures, and Business Operating Principles

10% - Analyze, monitor and develop reports on supplier performance around service, reliability, quality and innovation

5% - Assist in facilitate the reporting of supplier performance with strategic supplier leadership

5% - Assist in managing & prioritizing the portfolio of Procurement segment (Pharm, MD&D and/or Consumer) specific initiatives
