Description

Kenvue is looking for a LATAM PRINCIPAL Senior Analyst to join the PIC (Principal, Inventory, and Costing) Finance team. This team handles Inventory Management, financial transactions and flows, costing, and intercompany pricing to ensure accuracy and compliance with Kenvue guidelines.

The LATAM Principal Sr. Analyst will be pivotal in maintaining a high-quality service delivery model through collaboration and understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and effective communication with senior leaders.

Location: São Jose dos Campos or Cali.

What You Will Do

  • General PIC Responsibilities:
    • Manage intercompany transactions and regional pricing
    • Support financial forecasts and analyses
    • Ensure compliance with regulations
    • Collaborate with various teams
    • Focus on process improvement
    • Participate in special projects
  • PIC Costing Senior Financial Analyst:
    • Coordinate annual costing processes
    • Support business case modeling
    • Provide cost insights
    • Explain cost variances
  • PIC Inventory Senior Financial Analyst:
    • Consolidate inventory reports
    • Partner with Supply Chain Planning
    • Analyze end-to-end costing
    • Lead forecast cycles
  • PIC Currency Senior Financial Analyst:
    • Analyze currency impacts
    • Prepare hedging exposures
    • Manage currency exchanges
    • Support cash flow analysis

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Engineering/Business Management
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Cost and Inventory accounting experience
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Process improvement skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP/Microsoft Office/Business Intelligence Tools
  • Finance business partnering experience
  • Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Compliance background
