Description

We are currently looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

The Supply Chain Finance team manages the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, overseeing processes such as sourcing, production, and delivery. This role involves cost management, risk mitigation, and performance optimization throughout the supply chain. Supply chain finance professionals collaborate with various departments to integrate financial considerations into decision-making, analyze data, report on performance metrics, and develop financial strategies to identify cost-saving opportunities.

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be in charge of developing and implementing financial strategies to enhance supply chain performance. Effective communication, leadership, and strategic decision-making are essential in this role to drive business growth.

What You Will Do

The Sr. Financial Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly financial activities
  • Lead financial forecasting and align results with plans
  • Identify and act on cost-saving opportunities
  • Influence financial strategies to optimize supply chain performance
  • Collaborate with finance leaders to provide insights
  • Identify areas for process enhancement
  • Analyze and report on supply chain metrics
  • Ensure financial processes comply with regulations
  • Work with other departments to integrate financial aspects into decision-making

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in cost and inventory accounting
  • Proficiency in financial modeling
  • Problem-solving and process improvement skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence Tools
  • Previous role as a finance business partner
  • Advanced English skills (Spanish a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Background in compliance
