Key Responsibilities:

• Support the relationship with crossfunctional teams (sales, creation, marketing, innovation, etc), ensure accuracy of projects information as well with handson approach;
• Preparation of prototypes to present to customers and also for trade shows and events;
• Provide technical support to the customers and to sales force; Lead and support technicians trainees, guiding and challenging them to deliver the best results;
• Rollout existing ways of working and implement new or improved methods as needed;

We value:

• Barchelor's degree is required (Food Science, Chemical or related discipline);
• Technical background in flavors or ingredients, technologies, additives. Knowledge in sugar reduction and sweeteners to develop new products and solutions;
• Knowledge in emulsions and alcoholic beverages development;
• Dynamic person, focused on the beverage market. Able to bring in new ideas/trends and carry them out. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer focused and results driven. Team player and project leadership;
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus;
