As a Business Developer, you'll be a goal-oriented and influential individual responsible for expanding our client base. Join our commercial team as a key member, ready to tackle the challenges of a dynamic and growing firm.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and potential contacts in the market.
  • Engage with prospects via various channels such as cold calls, emails, and referrals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the recruitment and headhunting sectors.
  • Effectively present Pacifica Continental's services tailored to client needs.
  • Establish a strong network within relevant markets.
  • Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to expand the business portfolio.
  • Create commercial proposals aligned with Pacifica Continental's standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to the CEO and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in Advanced English; Spanish is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in recruitment (headhunting) is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated track record as a proactive and results-driven individual.
  • Performance-oriented with experience in meeting financial targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
