Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are currently searching for a Senior Offers and Contracts Analyst to become part of our team. Based in Sorocaba, Brazil, you will report to the Sales Manager of Elevator & Escalator BU. Your main duties will include handling inquiries from new and existing customers, managing sales orders, sending offers, monitoring backlog, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review daily reports, order maintenance requirements, and order blocks
  • Assist in boosting sales through customer backlog management, handling inventory requests, and sending offers based on customer demands
  • Contribute to team outcomes by directly following up on offers with customers
  • Act as a point of reference for team members
  • Input and monitor sales orders
  • Keep all portfolio information updated daily
  • Ensure adequate daily staffing coverage
  • Assess intern workloads and assign tasks when necessary in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • Provide daily reports to ensure the Commercial Team is well-informed about the Sales Portfolio
  • Collaborate on a monthly "Flash and Rolling Forecast" report essential for month-end closure
  • Serve as a liaison between Logistics, Plant, Sales, Fiscal, and Pricing with a customer-centric approach
  • Track billings and resolve any issues to expedite product delivery to customers
  • Address daily customer queries regarding new offers, projects, and sales orders (lead time, available inventory, logistics, quality concerns)

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and motivations:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, Accounting, or Economics
  • Leadership skills are advantageous
  • Ability to motivate and inspire enthusiasm
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-up abilities are preferred
  • Equivalent to an Associate Degree in Business or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Technical acumen to comprehend product functionality, specifications, and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire and capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Self-motivated both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP
  • Knowledge of Elevator and Escalator parts is a bonus
  • Aptitude to handle confidential information
  • Strong analytical documentation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
