Principais atribuições:
Suporte ao time de negócio com atividades relacionadas a análise de dados e modelagem estatística.
Atuar nas análises dos resultados de crédito e cobrança, identificando oportunidades, testando hipóteses e trazendo provocações necessárias para melhorias;
Extrair e desenvolver insights das atividades da área e reportar através de dados para construir estratégias e decisões;
Criar modelos de score (credito, cobrança, contato).
Requisitos e Conhecimentos Necessários:
Excel;
Suplementos Excel Power Query, Power Pivot e Power View);
Linguagem de programação (R ou phyton);
SQL Server;
Power BI;
Tableau.
Diferenciais:
Conhecimento em cobrança e crédito;
Conhecimento em score de credito e/ou cobrança;
Conhecimento de modelagem matemática/estatística (regressão logística, séries temporais, machine learning);
Experiência em análise e gestão de KPIs;
Vivência em reports e apresentações a nível estratégico, tático e operacional.
Formação:
Ensino superior completo em Estatística, Matemática ou áreas afins.
Carga horária: 40 horas semanais, de segunda a sexta.
