Estamos em busca de um City Manager para nossa operação em Florianópolis.

Você será responsável por estruturar essa operação local do seu inicio, contratar e tocar o dia a dia com os times, garantir atingimento das metas, KPIs, relacionamento com nossos clientes focando em ótimo atendimento, controle de frota e gestão dos processos localmente.


Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Estruturar operação local: locação de galpão, compra de ativos e contratação de serviços
  • Contratar e desenvolver um time de alta performance
  • Acompanhar e controlar indicadores de desempenho
  • Gerir as operações de aluguel de motos, delivery, e outras unidades de negócio da Mottu, garantindo eficiência operacional e acelerando o crescimento
  • Aprender diariamente sobre mercado local e focar na resolução do problema do cliente de forma escalável

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Residir em Florianópolis ou arredores
  • Ensino superior completo
  • Prático e disposto a "colocar a mão na massa" na execução
  • Experiência sólida em gestão de equipe de alta performance
  • Alta capacidade de organização e planejamento
  • Autonomia e liderança
