Bunge is seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of Solutions Architecture Manager - Integration. This role is integral to a global team engaged in significant projects that influence core business operations. Core Responsibilities:
The Solutions Architecture Manager will:
- Lead the implementation of the Integration & API Strategy, including the development of roadmaps, tools, and best practices.
- Drive the creation and design of innovative solutions that are new to Bunge but established in the industry, proposing automation solutions across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Innovation, and Quality Assurance teams, serving as the primary advisor within the Enterprise Architecture team for Integration Architecture and Frameworks.
- Report directly to the Integration CoE Lead within the Business Technology organization.
Key Functions:
- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure solutions, including integrations of on-premise and cloud systems, ready for global implementation.
- Lead complex projects across Bunge, adapting to an ever-evolving environment while advancing Integration and API cloud-based solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise to provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps for solving intricate problems.
- Document and disseminate best practices for new solutions, ensuring effective communication of features and benefits to stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership to Agile teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.
- Mentor development teams on integration best practices relevant to public cloud architectures.
- Continuously assess emerging technologies and integration tools to enhance efficiency in integration processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a preference for computer science.
Experience:
- Over 11 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale, global solutions with proficiency in SOAP, REST, API, ESB, JWT, OAuth, SQL, Java, Python, or C++.
- At least 6 years of experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Tibco, SAP Integration Suite, Apigee, or similar.
- Proven ability to conduct analyses of alternatives and present findings to stakeholders for consensus.
- Fluency in English sufficient for technical discussions in forums.
