Core Responsibilities:

We seek a seasoned and technically proficient professional to join our Business Technology (BT) organization. The Solutions Architect is responsible for creating the overarching technical vision for specific business challenges. This role serves as a crucial link between business needs and technological solutions, detailing each phase and requirement necessary for successful implementation.

Key Functions:

  • Lead the execution of the Integration & API Strategy, encompassing roadmap, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive the creation and design of innovative solutions that are new to Bunge but established in the industry, proposing automation solutions across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Innovation, and QA teams, serving as the primary advisor within the Enterprise Architecture team for Integration Architecture and Frameworks.
  • Report to the Integration CoE Lead within the BT organization.

Essential Skills:

  • Design and develop innovative, scalable, efficient, and secure solutions, including integrations of on-premise and cloud systems.
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of cloud-based Integration and API solutions on a global scale.
  • Utilize technical expertise to provide recommendations and roadmaps for complex problem-solving.
  • Document and disseminate best practices for new solutions.
  • Communicate new features and benefits to partners and stakeholders regularly.
  • Provide technical leadership to Agile Squads and/or DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate proposed solutions.
  • Review and validate solution designs from team members, offering new perspectives.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and influence beyond your immediate team.
  • Manage and monitor the solution's budget.
  • Advise and support strategy and business technology leaders in leveraging emerging technologies for scalable solutions.

Knowledge and Technical Competencies:

  • Extensive experience with iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft, Tibco, or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Familiarity with API Management platforms such as Apigee.
  • Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to design integration solutions using cloud-native services.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures for real-time data processing.
  • Expertise in security standards for integration solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in computer science.

Experience:

  • Over 11 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale global solutions.
  • At least 6 years of experience with tools like MuleSoft, Tibco, or SAP Integration Suite.
  • Fluency in English for technical discussions and forums.
