Requisitos:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics.
  • Advanced English and Intermediate Spanish are essential;
  • Good skills on Microsoft Office, Excel is essential;
  • Competency with large ERP system will be a differential;
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Critical sense, analytical skills, autonomy, and independence;
  • Hands on, proactive and continuous desire to learn;

Atividades:

  • Prepare a weekly report and contact customers who have overdue balances.
  • Give support to the commercial area on matters related to credit and collection.
  • Give support to the CSS (Corporate Shared Services) to identify amounts received and managing customer credit limit.
  • Prepare and review accounts receivable reports.
  • Review blocked orders from customers due to credit issues.
  • Guide customers in questions regarding accounts receivable and credit limits.
  • Develop continuous improvement in credit and collection process.
  • Provide documentation regarding accounts receivable for financial institutions and audit processes.
  • Participate on accounts receivable related projects.
