This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Argentina.

We'd Love to Hear From You If
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed work environment.
  • Front-end: Expertise with one or more JavaScript frameworks

  • Back-end: Experience with one or more languages/frameworks

  • Experience with multiple architectural principles , including OOP, Modularity, and Service Based Architecture preferred.

  • Experience designing cloud-native solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of relational database design and data architecture.

  • Experience with DevOps methodologies including CI/CD, monitoring, lean process, and general automation.

  • Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.

  • Familiarity with automated testing , including unit testing, and integration testing.

  • Leadership: 5+ years leading software development teams ; Experience mentoring small teams of engineers

  • 8+ years experience in building and deploying service-oriented cloud-based applications

  • Experience working in software teams with Agile , Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

  • Previous development firm/agency environment preferably in a consulting space.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Salary range of: $5,500 - $8,250 USD per month

Note: Salary range is subject to location and overall assessment.
