Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Conhecer o mercado de influenciadores em sua complexidade, seus múltiplos segmentos e tamanhos, desde micro influenciadores até grandes celebridades, e compreender o tipo de relacionamento que desenvolveram com suas respectivas comunidades e bases de seguidores;
  • Criar e desenvolver Planos Estratégicos de Conteúdo e MKT de influência a partir de objetivos comunicacionais de clientes, marcas ou agências;
  • Auxiliar equipes internas ou clientes a identificar objetivos comunicacionais de mkt de influência a partir de demandas de mercado e objetivos específicos de negócio;
  • Criar e desenvolver conceitos ou ideias de ações com influenciadores.
  • Realizar ou auxiliar na curadoria dos melhores nomes de influenciadores e creators para o projeto, usando sempre todos os recursos disponíveis para basear a recomendação em análises quantitativas e qualitativas.
  • Produzir Planos Táticos de Conteúdo para influenciadores dos Projetos Estratégicos de Conteúdo aprovados pelos clientes;
  • Auxiliar na coordenação da execução dos conteúdos pelos influenciadores;
  • Analisar relatórios de performance e propor ajustes nos Planos elaborados, quando necessário;
  • Apresentar e conduzir reuniões de apresentações de Planos Estratégicos ou Táticos.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência com Estratégia Criativa de conteúdo para marcas;
  • Ter atuado como redator em agências de publicidade ou de mkt de influência;
  • Formação em Publicidade, Jornalismo, Comunicação e/ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com ferramentas de Social Listening e Influenciadores como: Social Bakers, Stilingue, Tagger etc.
  • Ter trabalhado com Marketing de influência.
  • Inglês avançado.
