About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Better Collective GmbH. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing the brand's 360-degree marketing efforts, including special projects, branded content, growth metrics, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Distribution
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the best channels for each type of content.
    • Analyze audience needs and develop targeted content distribution strategies.
  • Commercial Collaboration
    • Work closely with commercial teams to create valuable content products for sponsors.
  • Creative Leadership
    • Develop and execute content guidelines for all BC-owned content in the region.
    • Create an annual content calendar, including special sports events.
    • Collaborate with video and editorial teams to script and produce high-quality content.
    • Develop and execute special content products owned by BC.
  • Team Management
    • Manage the content creation team, including editors, social media managers, and content producers.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
    • Provide data-based feedback on content performance and suggest future efforts based on insights.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience
    • At least 4 years of experience in content production and social media management.
    • Deep knowledge of the sports industry.
    • Strong knowledge of social media strategy, tools, and metrics.
    • Proven experience in video production.
    • Solid knowledge of digital marketing performance analysis tools.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and online measurement.
  • Academic Background
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Marketing Skills
    • Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Competence in developing and managing content marketing strategies.
    • Ability to identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships.
    • Experience with digital advertising platforms.
