About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Brazil to support and coordinate upper funnel campaigns from start to finish. This includes the development of briefings, media buy planning, execution, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing campaigns, including development of briefings, media buy planning, and events.

The successful candidate will oversee marketing campaign execution and implementation, including media buy, digital campaigns, and external agencies. They will also help create reports on performance results that analyze patterns and lead campaign optimization.

The Marketing Coordinator will maintain accurate records and status of projects and budgets, ensuring on-time campaign delivery. They will work with the internal O&O team to ensure the proper execution of all communication and campaign strategies.

The role involves coordinating event planning and execution to support marketing programs. The candidate will provide insights, monitor trends, and develop reports and presentations for all marketing activities.

The Marketing Coordinator will support departments and global campaigns, localizing and adapting to the needs of the market and the community in the region. They will also manage purchase order requests, track their status, and maintain the budget tracker.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in entertainment, streaming, or subscription business. The ideal candidate will have experience working with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate and execute marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills to work cross-functionally and produce detailed reports and presentations. They will also be able to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
