Job Summary

Hh Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating the development of strategic operational solutions for new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update assessments and implementation timelines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in key projects.
  • Support process mapping activities to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to streamline business processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations, Sourcing, and Account Management teams to drive project success.
  • Manage and review historic data from clients, ways of working, and marketing campaigns to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing internal resources and action point logs from meetings.
  • Support reporting on achievements and issues, escalating issues where required.
  • Propose a project of your own to develop it during your internship.

Requirements

  • Currently studying marketing, internal business, graphic design, or a similar major with 50% of advance.
  • Authorized to perform your professional internship and have the support of the university.
  • Basic knowledge in marketing and project management.
  • Part-time availability.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hybrid activities availability (remote & in-place working).
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to multitask.
  • Must be hard-working, enthusiastic, and a fast-learner with an internal drive to continuously hit goals and succeed.
  • Open to excel within fast-paced, high-energy environments.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English/Spanish is a plus.
