**Job Title: Operations Coordinator**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accommodations Plus International. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our crew accommodation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet and minimize the impact on customers of changes or extra demands;
  • Analyze the best way to solve various problems related or not to the operation itself;
  • Communicate clearly and constantly, aiming at the good of internal and external information;
  • Maintain fluidity and continuous information for the next work shift;
  • Perform any other task requested by the hierarchical superior, as long as they are not excessively rigorous or any other task requested by the supervisor, as long as they do not contain excessive rigor or are beyond their strengths.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 1 year in operations or airline crew scheduling experience;
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;
  • Hotel or Airline background will be an asset;
  • Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Office products especially Excel;
  • Ability to effectively manage workload in a fast-paced atmosphere;
  • Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service orientation skills;
  • A profound understanding of how political, social, and cultural differences between countries, people, and cultures affect a successful partnership;
  • Flexible to work afterhours based on business demand;
  • Multilingual skills a plus, preferable French or Spanish. English is required obligatory.

**Work Environment:**

This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
