Publishing Operations Lead Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Publishing Operations Lead Coordinator to join our team at Riot Games. As a key member of our publishing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive full-funnel strategies for mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Full-Funnel Mobile Strategy: Collaborate with international teams to develop and implement a full-funnel strategy tailored for mobile platforms, optimizing investments in each stage of the customer journey.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior across the funnel, informing product decisions and enhancing mobile user experience.
- Project Management: Co-lead cross-functional teams in executing complex mobile projects and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Mobile Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, creative, product teams, and third parties to optimize mobile-specific channels, drive A/B testing, and user segmentation.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate to create a seamless integration of mobile experiences with other platforms, creating a unified and consistent user journey.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators across the mobile funnel, analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in publishing operations and/or product management, with an ideal focus on mobile and/or gaming.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools like Tableau and mobile analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects within the mobile ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and user behaviors.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
