Job Title: Publishing Operations Lead Coordinator- Product and Mobile Focus

We are seeking an experienced Publishing Operations Lead Coordinator to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a 9-month contract role, ending in June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Full-Funnel Mobile Strategy: Collaborate with international teams to develop and implement a comprehensive full-funnel strategy tailored for mobile platforms, optimizing investments in each stage of the customer journey.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior across the funnel, informing product decisions and enhancing mobile user experience.
  3. Project Management: Co-lead cross-functional teams in executing complex mobile projects and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  4. Mobile Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, creative, product teams, and third parties to optimize mobile-specific channels, drive A/B testing, and user segmentation to improve performance.
  5. Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure seamless integration of mobile experiences with other platforms, creating a unified and consistent user journey across all touchpoints.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators across the mobile funnel, analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with global and regional leadership to build local mobile publishing strategies and create regional focus moments tied to product moments.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in publishing operations and/or product management, with a focus on mobile and/or gaming.
  3. Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools like Tableau and mobile analytics platforms.
  4. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects within the mobile ecosystem.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  6. Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and user behaviors.
  7. Fluent written and verbal English.
