Job Title: Publishing Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Publishing Operations Lead to join our team at Riot Games. As a key member of our publishing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive full-funnel strategies for mobile platforms, working closely with international teams to optimize investments in each stage of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Full-Funnel Mobile Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a full-funnel strategy tailored for mobile platforms, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics tools to gather insights on user behavior across the funnel, using this data to inform product decisions and enhance mobile user experience.
  3. Project Management: Co-lead cross-functional teams in executing complex mobile projects and marketing campaigns, utilizing project management tools to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  4. Mobile Optimization: Collaborate with marketing, creative, product teams, and third parties to optimize mobile-specific channels, drive A/B testing, and user segmentation to improve performance based on relevant hypotheses.
  5. Cross-Platform Integration: Collaborate to ensure seamless integration of mobile experiences with other platforms, creating a unified and consistent user journey across all touchpoints.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the mobile funnel, continuously analyzing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  7. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with global and regional leadership in building local mobile publishing strategies and creating regional focus moments tied to product moments.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in publishing operations and/or product management, with an ideal focus on mobile and/or gaming.
  3. Strong proficiency in data analytics and experience with tools like Tableau and mobile analytics platforms.
  4. Demonstrated success in managing complex projects within the mobile ecosystem.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  6. Deep understanding of mobile gaming trends and user behaviors.
  7. Fluent written and verbal English.
