Revenue Operations Lead - LATAM

Adyen is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations Regional Lead to partner with regional leadership and drive revenue-generating activities in LATAM. As a trusted business partner, you will align and consult with key stakeholders to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional leadership teams to elevate commercial engine execution in the region, operationalizing strategic initiatives, workshops, and driving QBRs & MBRs agendas.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities, showcasing blockers to revenue-generating activities and driving teams to solve for them.
  • Champion and execute the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives, collaborating with functional Operations Specialists to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Support regional and local commercial goals with the Revenue Operations - Analytics team, driving accountability of teams in the commercial engine.
  • Connect the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts, providing feedback on regional needs for resources and prioritizing technology and insights support.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles, working with cross-functional teams and driving revenue-generating efforts.
  • Proven track record of advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements.
  • Program management skills, ability to identify growth opportunities, and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong storytelling skills, change management, and realizing adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making.
