Key Responsibilities- Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities.
- Align and consult with key stakeholders on how to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally.
- Connect teams, drive improvements for revenue-generating efforts, and create accountability for achieving results.
- Work with functional Operations Specialists to drive a universal and best end-to-end commercial process across the globe.
- Partner with regional Commercial Analysts to translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.
- Experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Specialist, Consultancy) and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving team's revenue-generating efforts.
- Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions.
- Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value.
- Strong experience in change management and realizing adoption.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making.
