Revenue Operations Regional Lead

At Adyen, we're looking for a Revenue Operations Regional Lead to partner with our regional leadership team to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities. As a trusted business partner, you'll align and consult with key stakeholders on how to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the trusted business partner of the regional leadership teams, elevating the commercial engine execution in the region.
- Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities, showcasing what's blocking revenue-generating activities and driving teams to solve for them.
- Champion and execute the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional OS teams to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities across the region and drive adoption.
- Support with and validate regional and local commercial goals with the Revenue Operations - Analytics team.
- Drive accountability of teams in the commercial engine, activating commercial goals and aligning efforts to reach them.
- Feedback regional needs for resources, to stack-rank priorities for technology and insights support.
- Connect the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts.
Our ideal candidate has experience in similar roles, working with cross-functional teams, and a proven track record of driving team's revenue-generating efforts. They should also have strong storytelling skills, strategic thinking, and data-driven mindset.
