Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Lead to join our LATAM team. The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities.
As a Revenue Operations Lead, you will be responsible for aligning and consulting with key stakeholders on how to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally. You will connect teams, drive improvements for our revenue-generating efforts, and create accountability for achieving results.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with regional leadership to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities.
- Aligning and consulting with key stakeholders on how to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally.
- Connecting teams, driving improvements for our revenue-generating efforts, and creating accountability for achieving results.
- Collaborating with functional Operations Specialists to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities across the region and drive adoption.
- Supporting with and validating regional and local commercial goals with the Revenue Operations – Analytics team.
- Driving accountability of teams in the commercial engine, by activating commercial goals and aligning efforts to reach them.
- Feedback regional needs for resources, to stack-rank priorities for technology and insights support.
- Connecting the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Specialist, Consultancy) and working with cross-functional teams.
- A proven track record of driving team's revenue-generating efforts.
- Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements.
- Program management skills.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions.
- Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value.
- Strong experience in change management and realizing adoption.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making.
