Adyen is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations Regional Lead to join our team in São Paulo. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will partner with regional leadership to drive revenue-generating activities and implement global best practices locally.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with regional leadership to identify opportunities for revenue growth and develop strategies to execute them.
- Align and consult with key stakeholders on the adoption and implementation of global revenue-generating best practices.
- Connect teams and drive improvements for revenue-generating efforts, creating accountability for achieving results.
- Partner with functional operations specialists to drive a universal and best end-to-end commercial process across the globe.
- Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities with regional commercial analysts.
- Experience in similar roles, such as Revenue Operations Analyst or Revenue Operations Specialist, with a proven track record of driving team revenue-generating efforts.
- Strong program management skills and ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate value and drive change management and adoption.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making skills.
