At Adyen, we're on a mission to empower businesses to achieve their ambitions faster. As a Revenue Operations Regional Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and commercial excellence across the LATAM region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities to execute revenue-generating activities and drive commercial engine execution.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities and drive teams to solve for them.
  • Champion and execute the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional Operations Specialists to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities across the region.
  • Support the regional and local commercial goals with the Revenue Operations - Analytics team.
  • Drive accountability of teams in the commercial engine by activating commercial goals and aligning efforts to reach them.
  • Connect the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts.
Your Ideal Profile
  • Experience in similar roles and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving team's revenue-generating efforts.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate value.
  • Strong experience in change management and realizing adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making.
