Job Description:

This is Adyen, a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Regional Lead who will partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted business partner of the regional leadership teams, and elevate the commercial engine execution in the region.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth opportunities, and drive teams to solve for them.
  • Champion and execute the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with functional Operations Specialists to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities across the region.
  • Support with and validate regional and local commercial goals with the Revenue Operations – Analytics team.
  • Drive accountability of teams in the commercial engine, by activating commercial goals and aligning efforts to reach them.
  • Connect the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Specialist, Consultancy) and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving team's revenue-generating efforts.
  • Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements.
  • Program management skills.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value.
  • Strong experience in change management and realizing adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making.
