About the Role

Adyen is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Regional Lead to partner with regional leadership and drive revenue-generating activities in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities.
  • Align and consult with key stakeholders on how to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally.
  • Connect teams, drive improvements for revenue-generating efforts, and create accountability for achieving results.
  • Drive a universal and best end-to-end commercial process across the globe.
  • Partner with regional Commercial Analysts to translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Specialist, Consultancy) and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving team's revenue-generating efforts.
  • Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong storytelling skills where you effectively communicate value.
  • Strong experience in change management and realizing adoption.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data-driven mindset, and decision-making.
