We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to become a vital part of Wildlife's dynamic team.

The Senior Business Operations Specialist role demands a high level of resourcefulness and ownership, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities typical of a business operations position. In this role, you will have the autonomy to spearhead workstreams and will be responsible for delivering comprehensive end products. Given the cross-functional nature of the projects you will be involved in, you will need to navigate various departments, foster relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of our business and industry.

The role's high visibility necessitates excellent communication skills, particularly in writing, as our standard practice for meetings is to avoid presentations. You will need to be structured in your approach, clearly articulating issues, alternatives, and recommendations.

As you will engage in a variety of projects and ad-hoc analyses, this position offers no routine. The ideal candidate must be highly creative and proactive to thrive in this environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives from conception to execution, collaborating with department leaders to define approaches, propose work plans, and implement solutions.
  • Initially focus on initiatives within the Operations domain, including Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Brand & Communications.
  • Navigate the organization to gather context, effectively collect data, and conduct analyses pertinent to your workstream.
  • Draft clear and concise documentation to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the rituals that ensure timely completion of documents with the appropriate inputs and approvals.
  • Manage and report on the progress of the projects you are involved in.
  • Own change management and the transition of the projects you deliver.
  • To excel in this role, you should be inquisitive and progressively enhance your knowledge about our company and industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar roles or management consulting.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Proven ability to leverage data in decision-making.
  • Strong track record of achieving exceptional results.
  • Experience in successfully managing projects.
