About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Wildlife. As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through strategic initiatives and operations management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives from design to implementation, partnering with department leaders to define approaches, suggest work plans, and execute.
  • Focus on initiatives in the Operations space, including Finance, Legal, People, and Brand & Comms.
  • Navigate the organization to gather context, collect data effectively, and run analysis related to your workstream.
  • Write clear and concise documents to support decision-making.
  • Run rituals to ensure documents are built on time with correct inputs and buy-ins.
  • Manage and report progress on projects.
  • Own change management and handover of delivered projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-4 years of related experience in other companies or management consulting.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data in decision-making.
  • Strong track record of delivering outstanding results.
  • History of successfully working with or managing projects.
