Job Overview

This role will be based in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be part of a global team that drives business growth and efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in projects that deal with complex business problems and combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a regional level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams
  • Collaborate with the Global Accounts (GAM) Sales Operations team to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated
  • Develop and maintain repeatable processes to drive business efficiency
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with an analytical focus
  • Fluency in English
  • Excel experience is essential
  • Experience with SQL or ability to rapidly learn during the first few weeks on the job

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduating December 2025 or later
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Growth mindset, interest in training and personal development
  • A team player who can work independently (self-starter), is willing to lean in where needed, and is adaptable to change
  • Experience with PowerPoint
