Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Globally Centralized Tech Sales Operations team. As a trusted advisor to the LATAM Tech Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with LATAM Tech Sales and Sales leadership teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, sales forecasts, and fiscal year plans.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and performance metrics to support fiscal year planning.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to sales teams on the use of RH tools and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and utilization of standardized metrics, tools, and dashboards.
- Develop and deliver high-quality analytics and insights to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a financial/business analyst role or similar capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar field, with a Master's or MBA preferred.
- Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills with complex formula writing and automation capability.
- Strong proficiency in business tools such as Tableau, Anaplan, Google Suite, and RHSC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
