Job Title: Senior Sales Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Analyst to join our Scent Fragrance Ingredients - LATAM team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our global team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and take responsibility for regular customer communication/interface in all formats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a first point of contact for customers related to commercial administration matters, order handling, projects, sampling, and existing business queries.
  • Work closely with other IFF functions such as Commercial, Planning, and the relevant IFF production facilities to manage and see through to completion of any actions relevant to customer projects/requests.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and IFF departments and ensure timely reply to queries and follow-ups on actions.
  • Accurate usage and maintenance of IFF and SAP systems, according to IFF rules, ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage sample requests, price quotes through systems.
  • Ensure that customer sampling and pricing requests are managed within the agreed timeframe. Ordering and progress tracking of samples and required documentation.
  • Support the Commercial Manager by running SAP reports related to sales and order intake, plus any subsequent commercial review.

Requirements:

  • Proactive, agile, independent
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate Spanish and an additional language are an advantage
  • 2 to 3-year Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemical or related studies
  • SAP in a customer service and logistics environment is an advantage
  • Office
  • Tech knowledge in operations, finance, planning, and products is a plus
  • Experience in the chemical industry is welcome
