About the Job

The Sales Operations team at Red Hat Brasil LTDA. (f.k.a. RH Brasil Sistemas LTDA.) is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to support business operations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations and analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including business intelligence tools, SFDC, CRMA, Tableau, and Google tools.
  • Experience managing projects and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
