We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Professional/Coordinator to join our team at Tiffany & Co. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional operational support to drive sales and service excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Provide exceptional client service, partnering with store leadership to drive sales goals and support key initiatives.
  • Act as a manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence in all tasks.
  • Support Company operations efficiency objectives by improving productivity and providing feedback on process changes.
  • Take the lead in partnering with the operations professional to ensure operational excellence in all tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
  • Advanced English level.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A college/university degree.
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
