What You Will Do:

The Role and Company:

Join us in a key position reporting to the Senior Business Enablement Solutions for Latin America. Your mission? Increase sales force effectiveness through training and coaching. Collaboration is the name of the game here, working with various teams to achieve outstanding results and drive growth in the (medical device) sales sector.

Key Activities & Accountabilities:

  • Engage with Franchise stakeholders to align strategies and goals.
  • Plan and deliver training programs.
  • Conduct field coaching with Sales Reps.
  • Manage the Education Budget.
  • Develop consistent offerings based on sales stakeholders' needs.
  • Design and implement a long-term sales training strategy.
  • Champion a culture of learning and development.
  • Identify and address skills gaps in the sales team.
  • Measure and improve salesforce selling capability.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and adjust training interventions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices.
  • Optimize training systems and tools for efficiency.

What You Need:

  • Education: Background in medical, scientific, or technical fields OR relevant degree.
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Experience: Proven success in sales, training delivery, and sales management.
  • Strong collaborative and coaching skills.
  • Commercial acumen and healthcare industry knowledge.
  • Experience in Train the Trainer courses is a plus.
