Profissional BUSINESS ANALYST para atuar em um projeto internacional

Responsabilidades:
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com grupos internos para compilar respostas às solicitações dos investidores.
  • Manter rastreadores e bancos de dados internos para manter a Equipe de Serviços ao Investidor organizada.
  • Revisar e publicar documentos no Portal do Investidor baseado na web da H.I.G., incluindo chamadas de capital, avisos de distribuição, demonstrações financeiras e outras comunicações para investidores.
  • Participar na análise do desempenho dos investimentos.
  • Apoiar o Departamento de Formação de Capital em atividades de captação de recursos e consultas de LP.
  • Processar a documentação de subscrição do investidor, verificando a razoabilidade e integridade e inserindo as informações apropriadas no sistema Investran Client Relationship Management.
  • Auxiliar o Departamento Fiscal na manutenção de formulários fiscais e consultas para Sócios Limitados.
  • Participar na concepção e execução de projetos especiais, incluindo esforços de automação, testes de controle de qualidade e alterações em relatórios padrão.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
  • Inglês avançado/fluente (C1/C2);
  • Graduação preferencialmente em Contabilidade/Finanças ou Marketing/Inglês.
  • Experiência em contabilidade/finanças e interação com clientes.
  • É preferível experiência anterior em private equity, fundos de hedge ou outros investimentos alternativos.
  • A interação prévia com o cliente em um ambiente corporativo, de capital aberto ou com um administrador também será considerada.
  • Profissional com fortes habilidades de comunicação escrita e oral e uma atitude enérgica.
  • Abordagem de comunicação ágil, amigável, profissional e proativa.
  • Capacidade de interagir diretamente com investidores sofisticados e com a alta administração.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e atenção rigorosa aos detalhes.
  • Capacidade de aprender rapidamente novos conceitos e prosperar em um ambiente dinâmico e de ritmo acelerado.
  • Capacidade de ler e compreender demonstrações financeiras.
  • Fortes habilidades em planilhas.
