As a Growth Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving lead generation strategies to new heights. We're seeking a dynamic individual with a knack for crafting engaging campaigns that captivate audiences across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies for B2B lead generation, from awareness to conversion.

Plan and implement awareness campaigns across various media channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, among others.

Collaborate with the creative team to plan and produce creative content aligned with the sales funnel needs.

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.

Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment.

Utilize HubSpot to manage leads, marketing automation, and data analysis.

Master the execution of media across key digital and social media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, among others.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B lead generation and awareness campaigns.

Solid knowledge of marketing funnel strategies and their practical implementation.

Experience in planning and executing digital media campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, among others.

Proficiency in HubSpot for lead management, marketing automation, and data analysis.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to guide strategic decisions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals and performance metrics.

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
