Innovative Solutions Brazil Lead The main goal of this position it to lead the Innovative Solutions organization in Brazil accelerating JJMedTech growth by elevating our value proposition for hospitals, health plans and other NCSHs through innovation and digital transformation with our value-based solutions portfolio.

Responsible for positioning J&JMedTech Brazil as the preferred partner for Surgical Care Pathway and Digital Transformation for hospitals and health plans by integrating best-in-class J&J capabilities and the healthcare ecosystem by:

  • Continuously delivering on prioritized usecases for Surgery, Orthopedics and Specialized Care
  • Enabling Enterprise Agile Ways of Working to scale up our capability to develop, implement, and capture value from Innovative Solutions.

This position is also responsible for:

  • Innovative Solutions pipeline in the cluster, accelerating Digital Transformation at J&J MedTech Brazil including creating the digital capabilities and Agile ways of working across the Organization
  • Leading a team of Digital experts to advance with innovative solutions that integrate bestinclass J&J Solutions/capabilities and the Ecosystem Offering, expecting to accelerate growth at key hospitals and health plans by pulltrough commercial agreements.
  • Integrating with other cluster leaders to understand, leverage, and maximize off solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. MBA preferred

  • 510 years of business experience
  • Expertise in Sales / Marketing understanding and able to define business value
  • Expertise in Digital/ innovative solutions in Healthcare
  • Expertise in Agiles Ways of Working
  • Expertise in organizational change management
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong in building relationships internally & externally to develop and implement new solutions
  • Strong in shaping and strategic thinking
  • Previous experience in medical devices desirable
  • Fluent in English. Spanish desirable
