What you'll do:

In this role you will be reporting to the People Relations Director for Electrolux Latam. You will be responsible for leading the Labor Relations processes in Brazil as part of the People Relations organization, with the mission of making sure we have the best experience for our employees and balance workforce and business requirements. If you build trust, good working relationships and communicate effectively with your colleagues and across functions. If you have a deep understanding of Labor environment in both office and manufacturing environments and can translate business priorities in to Labor requirements. And if you can influence internal and external stakeholders and create a strong relationship to pursue business and people goals, this is your chance. In detail, you will:

Manage labor agreements and conduct Union negotiations for all the facilities in Brazil;

Manage relationship with unions and internal representatives;

Performing risk analysis for decision making;

Support and train business leaders on Labor Relations aspects;

Coach and support People Partners and People Business Partners;

Evaluate and propose solutions to deliver business results;

Prepare analysis related to labor laws, labor costs, market trends, risk analysis.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).

Who you are:

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Law (preferred), Administration or other related;

Previous experience on managing Labor Relations and participating on complex negotiation processes for

manufacturing and administrative operations;

Advanced English;

Availability for traveling.

Where you'll be:

You will be based at the São Carlos plant, located in Vila Prado. Center of Fabric Care and Food Preparation production operations, it is the workplace of teams completely focused on the delivery of outstanding experiences for consumers.

OR

You will be based at the Guabirotuba plant in Curitiba. One of the focal points for all Latin American Electrolux operations, this plant is the base for over 3200 collaborators, all focused on transforming the way the world lives by shaping lives for the better with their work.
