Job Mission

We are seeking a Community Relations Specialist to join our Customer Service team at BlaBlaCar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing world-class support to our members, while working on high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Brazil Community Relations Team in addressing Trust and Safety-related queries and processes in a timely manner.
  • Act as a local coach for training new collaborators on Trust and Safety procedures and updates.
  • Contribute to the improvement of BlaBlaCar processes and policies by identifying issues and bringing them to the attention of relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage Slack channels relevant to the Community Relations team, including social networks and Trust and Safety topics.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of all activities, adapting to specific demands during periods of heightened necessity.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service (at least 1 year) with a focus on investigation and safety issues.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a willingness to help others.
  • A strong knowledge of the internet ecosystem and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with BlaBlaCar's values and principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-growing, and innovative environment.
  • Capacity to take ownership and align with business priorities.
