Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the trip.
  • Maintain the established travel itinerary, making adjustments as necessary to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Act as a host, day-to-day guide, interpreter, and manager for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Keep track of everyday spending, save receipts, and maintain expenses within the specified trip budget.
  • Ensure that the services delivered by our partners meet our quality, safety, and sustainable standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, providing them with a personalized and memorable experience.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge (C2 level) of the German language for communication with clients.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • First Aid Certification (CPR and Heimlich maneuver).
  • Extensive knowledge of Brazil as a travel destination and the passion to share it with our clients.
  • Interest in sustainable, local, and authentic travel.
  • Engaging, reliable, and well-organized personality.
  • Good health, high energy level, and positive attitude.
